Since August 2003, the BRG has devoted a lot of its R&D effort as a member of the Business Rules Team (a multi-national consortium formed expressly to respond to the OMG's "Business Semantics of Business Rules" RFP) and then as a member of the SBVR Finalization Task Force.
The product of that work -- "Semantics of Business Vocabulary and Business Rules" (SBVR) -- is now an OMG standard. learn more...

conference of record for the business rules industry and organizations that use and develop
enterprise decisioning tools and services.
The Forum, with its co-located conferences —
the Enterprise Decision Management (EDM) Summit and
the Rules Technology Summit — is
the world's largest single event focused exclusively on successfully using rules technology
to build agile applications and high value-add business
applications.
This year's Forum has just concluded,
