Response to MDC/Microsoft Business Rules Metamodel

In the Fall of 1999, the BRG was invited to review the MetaData Coalition/Microsoft Open Information Model (OIM). Representatives from our Group attended the MDC's Technical Subcommittee's working session in Nov. 1999 and presented our initial response to their business rules submodel draft.
